Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager Finance & HR to join a fast-growing consulting-driven organization in the UAE.
This role will play a key part in financial planning, project costing, MIS reporting, and manpower utilization, while also overseeing HR operations and supporting leadership with strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costing, profitability tracking, and financial MIS reporting
- Monitor consultant utilization, project margins, and revenue realization
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow, receivables, and financial controls
- Lead and supervise the Finance and HR teams
- Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, recruitment support, and timesheet management
- Provide management dashboards and financial insights to support decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile
CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 7 12 years of experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, or manpower-driven businesses
- Candidates currently based in the UAE with UAE experience preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Experience in project costing, MIS reporting, and team leadership
