Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive healthcare IT strategy and act as the primary interface between IT and healthcare stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable digital health solutions aligned with the organization s healthcare digital strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute healthcare IT and digital strategy in alignment with clinical and operational objectives.
- Act as strategic IT partner to clinicians, administrators, and executive leadership.
- Translate clinical and business needs into IT architecture, systems, and digital solutions.
- Lead delivery of healthcare IT platforms including EHR/EMR, PACS, telemedicine, patient portals, mobile and AI health solutions.
- Manage system integration and interoperability across healthcare platforms (HL7, FHIR).
- Ensure IT compliance with healthcare regulations (MOH, CCHI, SFDA) and data privacy standards (HIPAA, KSA Health Information Law).
- Oversee healthcare IT project delivery, risk management, and vendor performance.
- Drive IT process optimization, automation, training, and change management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in healthcare IT leadership and digital transformation strategy.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, architecture, and integration.
- In-depth understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and regulatory environments.
- +7 Years of experience in IT Healthcare
Preferred Certifications:
- CAHIMS, PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL 4, HL7/FHIR, Health Informatics, MOH/CCHI/SFDA training
