Position Overview
The Senior Manager will lead Finance, Solutions, and Sustainability Execution, driving initiatives from strategy to measurable action across Majid Al Futtaim s finance and sustainability portfolios. The role manages enterprise initiatives, develops operating models, and provides decision-ready insights to senior leadership while ensuring performance management and delivery excellence.

What You ll Do
* Lead planning, structuring, and tracking of cross-functional initiatives under the Finance, Solutions, and Sustainability Planning portfolio.
* Proactively identify execution risks and implement corrective measures.
* Translate strategic priorities into operational workplans and execution pathways across functions.
* Support refinement and rollout of operating model shifts, decision rights, and process optimizations.
* Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to track financial and operational performance.
* Automate reporting cycles and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
* Orchestrate the full operating rhythm of Finance, Solutions, and Sustainability Planning.
* Prepare and facilitate outcome-focused leadership briefings with decision-ready materials.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Business or related field (MBA or Master s preferred).
* 5 7 years of experience at top consulting firms in strategy, COO Office, or transformation roles.
* Proven track record in strategy execution, performance management, and operating model rollouts.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Air Table.
* Ability to simplify complex cross-functional topics into clear, actionable deliverables.
