Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy fora global audience across brand, acquisition, and lifecycle initiatives.
- Partner with group brand, digital, and commercial teams to ensure local campaigns are aligned with global strategic priorities.
- Oversee 360 campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital, retail, and owned media environments.
- Manage and coordinate with creative agencies, media buyers, and production vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Serve as a bridge between the commercial and brand teams ensuring that business objectives are reflected in marketing plans and positioning.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize based on consumer insights and learnings.
- Provide leadership to agency and internal marketing team members, creating clarity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Support cross-market knowledge sharing, contribute to shared campaign frameworks and help scale regional best practices.
Qualifications & Attributes
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Technical Skills
Must-haves:
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, media planning, and marketing analytics.
- Experience with customer segmentation, channel mix optimization, and budget management.
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with Martech tools, CRM platforms, and performance marketing concepts.

You ll blend local execution with regional alignment to build demand, drive acquisition, and strengthen market presence worldwide.
