Roles & Responsibilities
Transmission Operation Planning AND PSS/E OR PSCAD
Senior Manager Planning and Studies Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 12 years experience Required Experience:br> 1)Should have extensive experience and knowledge in transmission system operational planning processes. br> 2)Should have extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of transmission operational studies including steady-state, dynamic, short circuit and EMTP, including the ability to manage and supervise the preparation, maintenance and updating of Steady State / Dynamic / EMTP in PSS/E and PSCAD Operational Model.br> 3)Experience in optimizing, automation and utilization of AI for the process of Transmission Operation - Planning and Studies.br> 4)Extensive Experience in developing and managing the human capitals.br> 5)Excellent knowledge of management functions including Crisis Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Project Management, Objectives (KPIs), Change Management, technical report writing and Problem Solving.
