Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of MEP systems for high-rise construction projects..
Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with stakeholders..
Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications..
Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
Perform a comprehensive review of project scope, client requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specifications from bid documents.
Initiate material inquiries with relevant suppliers and evaluate proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Obtain material submittals from selected suppliers and prepare them in accordance with project specifications.
Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawings align with project requirements.
Identify and address conflicts and discrepancies within the project, communicating effectively with the project team.
Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP field with high-rise experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
