Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior MEP Cost Manager will take ownership of MEP cost planning, procurement, and contract administration for complex aviation projects. The successful candidate will be technically strong, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all MEP cost management activities across aviation-related projects.
  • Prepare detailed cost plans, BOQs, and tender documentation.
  • Conduct tender analysis, prepare reports, and support contract negotiations.
  • Provide value engineering and risk analysis advice.
  • Oversee contract administration, variations, and final account settlement.
  • Work directly with clients, presenting recommendations and ensuring service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
  • 10 12 years professional experience, with 2 5 years in the Middle East.
  • Proven track record in MEP cost management.
  • Aviation sector experience (highly desirable).
  • MRICS accreditation (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent client-facing ability.
