Role Description

The Senior Mortgage Advisor is a key, full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-value clients and providing expert guidance on a wide range of mortgage financing solutions.

This position requires a strategic approach to identifying client needs, recommending tailored mortgage products, and managing complex cases with high levels of expertise. You will oversee the mortgage application process from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, compliance to terms, and timely closure.

In addition, you will mentor and support junior advisors, sharing your expertise to elevate team performance and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline (minimum requirement)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior mortgage advisory role, preferably within the UAE
• Proven ability to handle complex cases and high-value clients with precision
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, local financial regulations, and market trends
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple clients and high-stakes cases
• Exceptional communication skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record in sales and closing complex deals
