Job description: Senior Odoo Developer – ERP & Integration Specialist Job Location- Sharjah
We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Developer responsible for end-to-end ERP implementation, customization, integration, and technical solutioning across retail, F&B, and manufacturing environments. The role involves complex system integrations, POS ecosystem development, and multi-system synchronization including SAP and third-party APIs.
Core Responsibilities ERP Development & Customization Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules including: Inventory Management Purchase Management Accounting Manufacturing Point of Sale (POS) Develop custom workflows for operational environments such as F&B, seafood processing, and retail. Configure multi-company and intercompany transaction flows. Optimize performance and database structure. POS & Operational System Integration Develop and integrate: Kitchen Display System (KDS) Grill POS & Token Management System Cutting Token Management System Implement: Weighing scale integration with POS Kitchen printer connectivity IoT Box device integrations Ensure real-time order routing and kitchen workflow automation. Integrations & Advanced Solutions Implement SAP integration for financial and transactional posting. Develop payment gateway integrations. Integrate external APIs (e.g., Seafood API). Configure server-side stock request processing systems. Develop intercompany transfer automation logic. Reporting & Controls Design custom dashboards and management reports. Implement reconciliation logic between: POS & Accounting Inventory & Finance Develop data validation mechanisms and error handling logic. Technical Ownership System architecture design. Code reviews and deployment management. Server setup, configuration, and optimization. Integration testing and UAT support. Required Skills Strong Python and Odoo framework expertise PostgreSQL knowledge Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations Understanding of accounting logic Experience with hardware integrations (printers, IoT, weighing scales) Linux server deployment knowledge Experience in multi-company ERP setups
