Functional

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR modules

• Conduct detailed business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping with clients

• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with client business processes and Gulf-region compliance requirements (VAT, Zakat, IFRS)

• Design and deliver comprehensive user training programs, workshops, and training documentation

• Provide post-go-live functional support and continuous improvement recommendations

• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and liaise with technical teams

Technical

• Customize Odoo using Python (ORM), XML views, QWeb reports, and JavaScript widgets

• Develop custom modules and integrations with third-party applications via REST/JSON APIs

• Perform database management, data migration, and ETL processes

• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality standards

• Configure and manage Odoo in both on-premise and cloud environments

Accounting & Finance

• Configure Chart of Accounts, fiscal years, tax structures, and multi-currency settings

• Implement financial workflows including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, asset management, and budgeting

• Support CFOs and Finance Managers in using Odoo for financial planning and analysis
