Job Title: Senior Officer Compliance Quality Assurance (12 Month Contract)
Role Summary:An established UAE-based bank is seeking a Senior Officer Compliance Quality Assurance to execute compliance assurance reviews, monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, and provide insights to enhance control frameworks across the organization. The role will focus on high-risk areas while supporting senior stakeholders with reporting, recommendations, and regulatory engagement.
Core Responsibilities: Conduct compliance assurance reviews across business areas, including onboarding, trade finance, and Financial Crime Compliance (AML, Sanctions, KYC), with a focus on high-risk accounts and processes. Identify compliance gaps, breaches, and process improvements; prepare reports with actionable recommendations for senior management. Develop and maintain dashboards and management reporting for senior stakeholders, including Compliance and Board Risk Committees. Collaborate with business units and operations to remediate recurring issues and strengthen compliance frameworks. Support audits and regulatory engagements by providing documentation, insights, and clarifications. Provide guidance on compliance matters and contribute to training and awareness initiatives while ensuring alignment with internal policies and ethical standards.
