Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, display, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company s online presence across all digital channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and continuously optimize for ROI and KPIs.
  • Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand voice and market positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when applicable.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital/online marketing, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups or tech companies is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
