Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financial Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the financial sector.
- Provide techno-functional solutions, including system configurations and customizations.
- Design and develop reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle tools.
- Collaborate with business users to optimize financial processes and ensure best practices.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and system upgrades.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications (Fusion preferred).
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules.
- 3+ project Hands on
- Experience working in the financial services or banking sector.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools (BI Reports, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, APIs).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification.
- Experience in large-scale ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Work Conditions:
- Onsite role based in Riyadh.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)
