Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources Management & Personnel Administration
-
Define and deploy the HR strategy in line with the group's vision and objectives
-
develop and distribute recruitment advertisements , manage sourcing and selection activities
-
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, individual files, regulatory compliance)
-
Ensuring compliance with the Moroccan Labor Code , legal obligations, and internal procedures
-
Supervise payroll preparation , verify payroll statements, and coordinate with service providers.
-
Monitor and validate schedules, leave, absences and working hours
-
Manage expense reports, investments and events in coordination with the finance department.
-
Prepare HR reports , dashboards, social statistics, budgets and workforce forecasts
-
to be the main point of contact for employees regarding all HR matters (rights, obligations, payroll, discipline)
Relations sociales
-
Advanced training in Human Resources, Management, Hotel Management or equivalent
-
Proven experience in HR (minimum 10 years), with solid expertise in employee relations
-
Experience in the hotel or tourism sector is highly desirable
-
Excellent mastery of Moroccan labor law and social practices
-
Proficiency in computer tools, HR software and the MS Office suite
-
Excellent communication, listening and advisory skills
-
Sense of initiative, discretion and responsibility
