Senior Planning Engineer NATIONAL ENGINEERING BUREAU

· Review of Baseline Schedule by using Primavera Project / Management software.

· Updating project planning tasks using Primavera including WBS resources loading and cost allocation.

· Responsible for monitoring manpower histograms, submission plan, procurement plan, long lead items cash flow and progress S-curves.

· Reviewing and monitoring schedule logs for shop drawing submittals, subcontractor approval, material approval, etc. and delivery.

· Assist in the preparation of Monthly Report.

· Follow up the Site work as per Contract Scheduled Plan, raise flag for any potential delay.

· Preparation of Impacted Schedule due to delayed work and variations work.

· Reviewing of Extension of time Claim (EOT) for assigned Projects and reporting recommendation.

· Assist Tender Department on Tendering & Preparation of Conceptual Baseline schedule for Tendering purpose.

· Attend progress meeting, evaluating the Contractor’s progress statement, reporting overall progress percentage.

· Review all updated / recovery program.

· Carry out any task related to planning scope that may assign by the Management.
