Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced scheduling tools, ensuring timely project delivery and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for optimal efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays and budget overruns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze and report on schedule performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or in Construction Management.

  • Candidate should be located in Qatar with a valid NOC

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within large-scale construction or engineering projects in Qatar or any other GCC countries.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for main contractor construction projects using advanced scheduling tools, ensuring timely project delivery and optimal resource allocation.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) are highly desirable.

  • Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools is essential for efficient planning.
