Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop project schedules using Primavera, ensuring all tasks are logically sequenced and timelines are realistic.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential delays or variances from the plan and proposing corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate planning and reporting.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation regarding project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Participate in project meetings, providing updates on scheduling and planning issues, and contributing to problem-solving discussions.
Foster effective communication between various project teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably within the construction industry.
Familiarity with planning software - Primavera P6.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to analyze schedules and identify discrepancies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
