Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and KPI tracking.

  • Partner with HR, department heads, and senior management to align performance metrics with organizational objectives.
  • Support talent reviews, promotions, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on PMS processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and global brand standards.
  • Lead PMS-related projects and process improvements to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate PMS documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).

  • 5 7 years of experience in HR or PMS roles, with at least 2 years handling performance management for large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS frameworks, KPIs, goal management, and HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with multinational teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
