Roles & Responsibilities

Your task is to actively support our portfolio clients and to ensure the risk management of the real estate and financing structure. You will monitor performance, prepare reports and be the contact person when it comes to establishing, monitoring and further developing the financing structure. You will be in regular contact with our portfolio clients and support them in all matters of capital raising, financial planning and execution.

What you bring to the table:

Experience in real estate in Dubai

High motivation and commitment

Native German speaker and very good English skills

Are you already living in Dubai, or are you willing to move to Dubai for work.

Degree in economics (business administration/economics) as well as additional qualification or banking training with corresponding further training (Bank Academy, CFA, CIIA, etc.)

Excellent, up-to-date knowledge and many years of experience in capital market topics and instruments as well as the support of wealthy clients

Very good knowledge of all liquid asset classes as well as economic interrelationships

Strong communication and analytical skills
