Job Description
Lead the technical presales activities for Light Current, Audio Visual, and Security Systems solutions.
Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and design optimized technical solutions that meet business and technical needs.
Prepare detailed proposals, BOQs, system designs, and technical presentations for customers and system integrators.
Provide expert consultation on solution architecture, product selection, and system integration.
Conduct site surveys, evaluate project conditions, and ensure proposed solutions match site requirements.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to support the full presales cycle and maximize deal win rates.
Deliver technical workshops, product demos, and training sessions for clients and system integrators.
Engage with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best technical and commercial offers.
Support the sales team in negotiations by providing technical justification and value-based selling arguments.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors solutions within light current, AV, and security domains.
Job Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in presales for Light Current, Audio Visual, and Security Systems.
Strong technical knowledge of:
CCTV & Surveillance Systems
Access Control & Time Attendance
Fire Alarm & Public Address
Audio Visual (LED screens, videowalls, conferencing systems)
Structured Cabling & Networking basics
Experience in solution design, technical proposals, BOQ preparation, and system integration.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to conduct site surveys and interpret drawings (AutoCAD is a plus).
Experience dealing with system integrators and contractors.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Communication / Related field).
Valid driver s license
