Processing the orders cycle (quoting prices CS sheet preparation following delivery).

Maintain full technical awareness for specified products to be up to date.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for quotations and orders.

Identify and qualify potential suppliers through market research and suppliers analysis.

Implement ,evaluate suppliers and development programs to build long-term, strategic partnerships with key suppliers.

Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the procurement process.

Implement the policies and procedures to ensure efficient and to be in compliance with procurement practices.

Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to optimize procurement activities.

Prepare and present comprehensive procurement reports, including budget forecasts, cost analyses, and supplier performance metrics.
