Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities:-
- Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Design intuitive, scalable experiences across:
- Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Web and desktop platforms
- Build, evolve, and govern enterprise-scale Design Systems
Create high-quality:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- Interactive prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs
- Translate complex banking and financial workflows into simple user experiences
- Drive design reviews, critiques, and design quality standards
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with rapid iteration cycles
Expertise in mobile product design for both:
- iOS
- Android
Strong experience in web & desktop application design
Solid understanding of the end-to-end UX / Product Design lifecycle:
- User research
- Information architecture
- Wireframing
- Prototyping
- Interaction design
- Usability testing
- Developer handoff
- Experience working in Agile product environments
- Comfortable working within:
- Cross-functional product squads
- Product Managers
- Engineering/Technology teams
- Strong collaboration & stakeholder communication skills
