Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery, research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI delivery

  • Design and scale enterprise-level Design Systems, ensuring consistency across platforms (web, mobile, desktop)
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders within agile squads to deliver high-quality digital experiences
  • Create intuitive, user-centered designs backed by data, usability testing, and research insights
  • Ensure seamless experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms
  • Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability standards
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of UX processes, frameworks, and design operations
