Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch to ongoing improvement.
- Define and prioritize product features to address market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, AI/data science, design, and commercial teams to build and ship high-impact product.
- Conduct market and user research to guide product decisions and identify emerging trends.
- Translate customer needs and technical concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Track product performance using key metrics and continuously refine based on feedback and data.
- Manage and run development sprints coordinating with all stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field (MBA or technical postgraduate degree is a plus).
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams alike.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) is a plus.
- Certified product manager.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably in cybersecurity, AI, or B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their application in real-world products.
- Strong understanding of networking and cloud computing
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
