Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Own the Martech and Adtech product strategy integrating platforms that power acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale.

Partner with Performance Marketing and Growth teams to build an end-to-end performance measurement framework across paid, owned, and earned media.

Define the roadmap for Adtech tools including Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic DSPs to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Build attribution and measurement pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing spends and outcomes.

Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to unify data sources and enable cross-channel visibility through dashboards (BigQuery, Looker, or Power BI).

Drive A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for marketing journeys to identify what converts best across audience cohorts and touchpoints.

Ensure data privacy, tagging, and governance compliance across Martech tools, in line with global data protection standards.

Evaluate emerging Adtech innovations to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall campaign efficiency.

Partner with leadership to influence marketing investment decisions through data-backed insights and automation capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Performance Marketing Technology, or Growth Analytics in an e-commerce or digital business environment.
  • Proven success in building or managing Adtech and Martech platforms that directly impact growth KPIs CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and retention.
  • Experience in translating marketing goals into scalable technology solutions across web, app, and omni-channel ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution models, media optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong cross-functional experience working with marketing, analytics, and data engineering teams

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise in Adtech stack: Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360), Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, AppNexus, The Trade Desk, etc.
  • Strong command of Attribution and Measurement tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, GA4, and MMP integrations.
  • Familiarity with Data and BI tools: BigQuery, Looker, Power BI, and dashboard creation for campaign tracking.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), and LTV/CAC analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to link performance data to business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and agile delivery skills.
  • Curiosity for exploring AI-driven marketing, automation workflows, and predictive targeting models.
