Senior Program Manager - Talent Solutions Platform Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-year enterprise SaaS initiatives, including platform integrations, migrations, and new builds, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Act as the key link between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans with clear ownership, governance, decision rights, and change control.

Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across product, engineering, operations, business, and sales, while keeping customer and client needs front and center.

Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions, and maintain momentum in a senior, highly collaborative, and opinion-rich environment.

Provide transparent, executive-ready communications and reporting on program progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.

Work effectively across global teams and geographies, balancing global standards with local execution needs.

Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage interdependencies, and ensure disciplined execution across complex initiatives.

Foster a delivery culture that embraces innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Skills

10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, including leading new platform builds with multiple dependencies and tight timelines.

Strong experience delivering programs using Agile or iterative methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving business and technical stakeholders.

Exceptional senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership and resilience.
