Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in the interior fit-out of 5-star and luxury hotels. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience managing and executing high-end interior projects, with a strong preference for those with GCC experience.

This role requires a dynamic individual capable of leading project execution from design coordination through to handover, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the fit-out works for luxury hotel projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review architectural and interior drawings to ensure constructability and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and standards, particularly within the GCC.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and resolving potential delays or cost overruns.
• Supervise site activities to ensure high standards of workmanship and finishing, in line with luxury hospitality requirements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documentation, and material submittals for approval.
• Support procurement activities by evaluating technical compliance of materials and subcontractor packages.
• Implement quality control and health & safety procedures on-site.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate snagging, de-snagging, and final handover.
