Defining the overall schedule with the client and defining the different delivery batches with the client

• Training in choosing colors (wood, semi-leather, fabrics) and models
• Following the calculation of raw material requirements related to the contract (carried out by Management), the purchase of these materials has been initiated.
• Coordination with production, purchasing and shipping departments
• Monitoring the actual purchase of the various raw materials
• Internal distribution of project-related documents: Configuration table, pro forma invoice, views
• Final confirmation of furniture dimensions, measurements taken with the company architect, and validation of dimension choices with the manager
• Frequent visits to the client's site to monitor the progress of the construction and to see the different aspects (built-in cabinets, compatibility of the electrical wiring in the rooms/furniture, etc.)
• Following this, precise delivery dates are defined with the client and communicated internally.
• Preparation of visit reports to the client and distribution to the client's teams and internal teams, internal coordination meetings as needed
• Creation of a business file containing all important exchanges and documents between the company and the client, and archiving of all important documents
• Ongoing updates to the configuration dashboard, validation with management and the client, and internal distribution of modified documents.
• Drafting of amendments and presentation to the client for approval (respecting the scope of the contract)
• Site visits to understand the client's specific characteristics and optimize deliveries (truck types, work methods). Close monitoring of on-site installation, reporting of any issues, and supervision of their internal resolution.
• ANDI: preparation of the invoice for ANDI and monitoring of the customer obtaining the ANDI franchise (before the first delivery)
• Recipes for the different batches with the client and monitoring of the handling of reservations
• Requests for interim payments from the client, monitoring of actual payments and any necessary follow-up, and invoicing follow-up.
• Final recipe with the client
• Administration of customer satisfaction questionnaires for business clients
• Project review; highlighting deviations and their causes
• At the end of the contract, you propose improvements to the company's organization in terms of contract management, so as not to repeat the problems experienced.
