Job Scope

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Managers to lead cross departments and cross functional teams, drive strategic projects, and ensure the successful delivery and meeting deadlines

He/She will be required to have a combination of leadership and communication skills, as well as organizational expertise to manage resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple high-impact projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays and budget overruns.
• Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluation to support continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  
  
  

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Master s or PMP certification is a plus

Experience

• Business Analyst experience is a plus
• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects in a leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget
• Strong knowledge of project management tools Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
