Job Summary

The Senior Project Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising quality assurance and quality control activities across project execution phases. The role ensures full compliance with approved quality management systems, applicable international codes, client specifications, and project requirements while leading inspection teams and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage project QA/QC and inspection activities across construction and maintenance works

  • Ensure compliance with approved Quality Management System (QMS), project specifications, and international standards

  • Lead inspection teams and provide technical guidance and supervision

  • Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and quality documentation

  • Monitor contractor quality performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented

  • Coordinate inspections, surveillance activities, and quality audits

  • Ensure proper implementation of material testing and inspection requirements

  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and certification documentation

  • Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients on quality-related matters


Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or minimum 2-year Technical / Industrial Diploma

  • Minimum 10 years of inspection experience, including at least 5 years in inspection supervision

  • Prior continuous employment with a recognized contractor

  • Certifications (any of the following):

  • ASQ – CMQ/OE or CCQM

  • CSWIP 3.1

  • API 510 / 570 / 653

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of US codes, construction, maintenance, and material testing procedures
