Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:




Lead Management: Manage new leads, qualifying clients through market research and communication.

Sales Workflow: Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline, track call and meeting statistics, and manage CRM records.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Deal Closure: Prepare and manage all aspects of deal closure, including documentation and booking.

Aftersales Service: Implement aftersales practices, including client follow-up and support, and manage property transfers

Team Collaboration: Provide mutual support to team members, participate in office tasks and team activities, and adhere to rotational duties.

Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and mandatory company events, maintain knowledge of major developers, and stay updated on market trends and investment principles.

Sales Performance:

Deals Closed: Total successful transactions.

Sales Revenue: Revenue from sales.

Commission Earned: Total commission from deals.

Target Achievement: Percentage of sales targets met.

Lead Management:

New Leads: Total new leads generated or received.

Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted to clients.

Time to Conversion: Average time to convert a lead.

Client Engagement:

Client Meetings: Number of in-person and virtual meetings.

Follow-Up Rate: Percentage of follow-ups on client interactions.

Client Retention: Percentage of returning clients or referrals.

Activity Metrics:

Call Statistics: Number of calls, duration, and outcomes.

Email Outreach: Number of emails sent and response rates.

Property Viewings: Number of viewings conducted.

Administrative Efficiency:

CRM Updates: Frequency and accuracy of CRM updates.

Attendance: Office attendance and punctuality.

Completion: Percentage of administrative tasks completed on time.

Market Knowledge and Education:

Training Attendance: Participation in training and events.

Knowledge Assessments: Scores on market, product, and sales knowledge.

Professional Development: Engagement in self-education.

Client Satisfaction:

Client Feedback: Ratings and feedback from clients.

Referral Rate: Number of client referrals.

Aftersales Satisfaction: Satisfaction with aftersales service.

Pipeline Management:

Pipeline Health: Status and progress of leads.

Deal Stage Advancement: Movement through CRM stages.

Lost Deal Analysis: Analysis of lost deals and reasons.

Financial Metrics:

Average Deal Value: Average value of closed deals.

ROI: Return on investment in marketing and sales activities.

These KPIs will help in tracking the performance and effectiveness of the Senior Advisor, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and maintaining high standards of performance and integrity within the sales team.


Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field (preferred).

Professional Licensing: Valid UAE real estate license. Certification from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) is mandatory.

Experience: Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role. Familiarity with local property market and trends. Experience in sales and customer service.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in real estate management software and CRM systems. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE real estate laws and regulations. In-depth knowledge of property management and real estate transactions. Understanding of financial and mortgage processes. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Other Requirements: Valid UAE driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
