Roles & Responsibilities
Independently manage client relationships and property transactions
Generate and nurture leads through personal network and marketing
Specialize in specific property types or areas
Help train and mentor junior team members
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Extensive knowledge of the Dubai property market
RERA certification required
