Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their property needs are understood and met effectively.
- Prepare detailed property valuations and investment reports that reflect current market trends and forecasts.
- Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to regulatory compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property consultancy or related real estate fields, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Professional certifications such as MRICS or similar are highly desirable, showcasing expertise and commitment to the industry.
Proven track record in high-value transactions, with a portfolio reflecting successful client engagements.
With driving license + car
