About the Opportunity: We are currently expanding our real estate sales team and are looking for experienced Property Consultants who are ready to take ownership of their success in a performance-driven environment supported by strong marketing investment, access to quality property listings, and a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.


Roles & responsibilities:


  1. Manage end-to-end sales transactions for residential and investment properties across Dubai, including off-plan and secondary market opportunities.

  1. Generate and manage qualified leads through company marketing channels, networking, referrals, and proactive business development.

  2. Conduct professional consultations with investors and buyers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property opportunities.

  3. Arrange and conduct property viewings, project presentations, and investment consultations with clients.

  4. Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.

  5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and repeat clients.

  6. Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and new project launches.

  7. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities within the company CRM system.

  8. Consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the brokerage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2–6 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales.

  2. Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary market transactions.

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  4. Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a competitive environment.

  5. Ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for personal sales performance and client relationships.

  6. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  7. RERA certification is an advantage.

  8. UAE driving license is preferred.

  9. Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or European languages are considered a strong advantage.


Important: Only candidates with prior Dubai real estate sales experience will be shortlisted.
