Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end real estate transactions (off-plan and secondary market) for high-net-worth individuals.
Conduct data-driven property valuations (comparative and investment methodologies) to guide client portfolios.
Leverage your existing network of UK, European, and GCC investors to generate exclusive leads.
Stay ahead of market trends, including the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, to advise clients on emerging, high-yield districts.
Negotiate high-value contracts in strict compliance with RERA regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly driven, multilingual Senior Property Consultant to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the psychology of high-net-worth investors, specifically within the European, UK, and GCC demographics. You will be responsible for advising clients on ROI, IRR, and capital appreciation strategies across Dubai’s premium districts.
Experience: Strictly a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market. (Candidates without Dubai experience will not be considered).
Track Record: Documented history of achieving and exceeding sales targets (evidence of closed deals required).
Language Skills: Exceptional, native-level fluency in English (UK standard preferred). Fluency in additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Russian) or Arabic is highly advantageous to service our core client base.
Expertise: Deep understanding of Dubai market dynamics, property valuation techniques, and ROI calculations.
