Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to employ an experienced property consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. You should also be able to correctly inform clients of market conditions and trends. You should be proactive and keep abreast of the latest developments in property laws. An exceptional property consultant should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Explanation of marketing offers to customers and available payment systems.
- Constant review of project developments and knowing the details.
- Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sale documents.
- Review daily follow-ups with clients on CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is a must.
- Proven experience in the field of real estate for 2-4 years.
- A New Capital background is a must.
- well-presented, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and effective communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
- Preferably having a car.
