Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and external brokerage partners.
- Brief and support brokers with updated project details, including pricing, availability, payment plans, and sales policies.
- Ensure brokers act as a supportive channel while the in-house sales team maintains full control over pricing, inventory allocation, and the overall client experience.
- Track broker performance, lead quality, and compliance with brand guidelines and sales standards.
- Manage direct sales for high-value clients, including HNIs, investors, and VIP customers.
- Conduct client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures end-to-end.
- Build and nurture a strong portfolio of repeat investors for current and upcoming developments.
- Support launch phases by driving early sales traction and reinforcing investor confidence.
