Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their property needs are met through personalized service and expert guidance.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment opportunities tailored to their goals.
- Manage property listings, ensuring they are marketed effectively across various platforms to reach the target audience.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a keen understanding of legalities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property consulting, with a proven track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications such as RICS, CRE, or local real estate licenses that demonstrate commitment to the profession.
- Experience in both residential and commercial property sectors, showcasing versatility in handling diverse property types.
