Roles & Responsibilities
This role is for proven sales professionals ready to operate at a higher level within Dubai s real estate market.
At One Investments, we are building elite advisors, not order-takers.
Role Overview- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across off-plan, leasing, and secondary markets
- Advise investors and end-users using a consultative, insight-led approach
- Build and maintain a strong, conversion-focused pipeline
- Source new business through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, launches, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience from first interaction through to deal completion

Desired Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in real estate or a high-performance sales environment
- Proven track record in off-plan, leasing, and/or secondary sales
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, pipeline management, and revenue targets
- Commercially sharp with a client-first mindset
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by performance
