Senior Property Consultant– OFFPLAN MARKET (Dubai)
Basic Salary:
3000 - 5000 AED (based on performance and experience - details during the interview)

2. Role Description – Property Consultant (Off-plan Market)
You will join one of our dedicated off-plan market teams, each led by an experienced Sales Manager, specialized by area, and supported by strong systems.
Your responsibilities include:
-Managing inbound and outbound leads
-Daily prospecting to secure listings from landlords and investors
-Staying updated with real market trends
-Conducting viewings & negotiating deals
-Managing owner relationships with professionalism and strategic advice
-Understanding pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, and rental demand in your area
-Maintaining a consistent performance rhythm
You will learn to speak like a market expert — not a typical agent — through the training, scripts, and playbooks we provide.

-Has strong English (Arabic, Russian, French are bonus)

Sales background preferred
For experienced agents:
-Strong knowledge of off-plan sales
-Strong closing skills
-Portfolio of buyers or sellers is a bonus
-Dubai experience is a plus but not mandatory if mindset is strong
