Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their property needs are understood and met effectively.
  • Prepare detailed property valuations and investment reports that reflect current market trends and forecasts.
  • Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property consultancy, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

  • Proven track record in high-value transactions, with a portfolio reflecting successful client engagements.
