• Generating & performing Quantitative analysis of metrics data and reporting models for executive decision support. • Establish Process Performance Models using different Statistical Techniques such as: Regression modelling, simulation-based modelling. • Develop and maintain Process Performance Baseline (PPB) document regularly & help the team in defining process performance baselines and models. • Enable the Projects to define their PPB’s & Process Performance Models using different Statistical Techniques. • Measuring, Monitoring and Communicating Organization level process performance reports for defined metrics along with issues, challenges & risks for the relevant stakeholders. • Deployment of processes to achieve delivery excellence in terms of Quality & Productivity. • Increase awareness & Knowledge on Statistical Thinking. • Implement process improvements across the organization using different quality models such as CMMI and Six Sigma. • Develop & modify SEPG Plan as & when required. • Help Quality Head in defining Organization Goals & enable the Project Managers to define their respective Project goals. • Develop presentation for Senior Management Review Meeting (SMRM) monthly. • Plan & execute process improvement initiatives across the organization. • Initiative-taking identification of opportunities for continuous process improvements to our processes in alignment with the org. Goals and objectives. • Identifying improvement opportunities in process & bringing optimization for process excellence. • Providing Process consultancy to our team through advanced statistical analysis. • Conduct Process & Project audits for different types of projects such as Development, Agile and reporting the status to stakeholders. • Conduct Training Sessions on Statistical Analysis with High Effectiveness. • Conduct training on usage & application of MINITAB Statistical Tool for advanced Data Analysis. • Consult and assist the team to apply Statistical Tools, Techniques & Methods in their projects as a part of High Maturity Practices.
