Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop a quality-focused culture and improve QA processes.
• Plan and execute QA strategies, including manual and automated test cases, aligned with the software testing pyramid.
• Lead end-to-end testing for cross-functional projects, applying exploratory and regression testing techniques.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on QA KPIs to ensure product quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactively define and contribute to QA OKRs, leading initiatives to enhance processes and reduce bugs.
• Drive quality activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring robust testing at every stage.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD practices to streamline testing and delivery processes.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Expertise in agile testing methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience in testing mobile applications and backend services.
• Proficiency in automation testing for mobile and API platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and test automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to create and manage test plans, strategies, and processes.
• Proficiency in QA metrics tracking and reporting to drive team performance.
• Fluency in Arabic and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with shift-left testing and proactive quality improvement techniques.
• Familiarity with Jira, DataDog, Firebase, GitHub, and other Tech tools.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Certification or higher.
