To guarantee the management and achievement of Quality objectives defined jointly with Quality and Operational management, by ensuring the anticipation and treatment of deviations as well as the implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions;

Evaluate the quality performance of products and services within the scope concerned through relevant indicators, ensure analysis, reporting and communication to stakeholders;

To be a key player in the deployment, appropriation and respect of the Safran Aerosystems Quality policy, as well as the requirements of the quality management system;

Identify, propose and manage continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes, controlling risks and achieving operational excellence;

To supervise, lead and structure Quality awareness and training activities for teams, providing recognized expertise and acting as a subject matter expert;

Ensure compliance of practices and processes with Safran Aerosystems procedures as well as customer and regulatory requirements;

Plan, conduct and supervise internal audits (product, process, positions) and actively contribute to the Safran Aerosystems Morocco audit plan;

To manage prevention, non-conformity treatment and continuous improvement processes using recognized methodologies and tools (5P, 8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.).
