Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control activities
- Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Review and certify interim payments and monitor project cash flow
- Provide commercial advice and reporting to project and client leadership
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, procedures, and PMC standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 10+ years experience in quantity surveying/commercial management
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and PMC environments
- Experience on large-scale developments in KSA preferred
- MRICS or equivalent certification is an advantage
