· Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans during all project stages.

· Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.

· Prepare BOQ, tender documentation, and procurement strategies.

· Evaluate tender submissions and assist in tender negotiations.

· Review, draft, and manage contracts and subcontracts.

· Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.

· Prepare variations, claims, and extension of time submissions.

· Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements.

· Advise project managers and clients on cost implications of design and construction decisions.

· Conduct interim valuations, progress claims, and final account settlements.

· Assess and certify subcontractor payments and variations.

· Identify project risks and propose mitigation measures.

· Supervise and guide junior quantity surveyors and trainees.

· Review team outputs to ensure accuracy and quality.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

· Attend project and site meetings to provide commercial input and advice
