Contract Management Develop and execute contract strategies aligned with laws, client needs, and project scope. Support contract formation and administration throughout the project lifecycle. Identify risks, ensure compliance, and negotiate contract/payment terms. Claims & EOT Evaluate and manage claims for cost recovery and time extensions. Prepare reports and analyze delays, productivity, and cost impacts. Handle claim submissions, negotiations, and contract close-outs. Project & Cost Control Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow. Minimize risks, control variances, and maintain cost records. Ensure projects meet financial, commercial, and quality targets. Procurement & Payments Assist in procurement planning and budgeting. Manage invoices, payment approvals, and collections. Project Close-Out Finalize project accounts and support dispute resolution. Other Perform additional duties as required.
