Senior Recruitment Manager

We are currently supporting one of our clients in hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead strategic hiring for a fast-growing international business operating across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

This is a strategic role focused on building global talent pipelines, shaping recruitment strategy, and directly supporting business expansion at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to onboarding
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with global expansion plans
• Build strong talent pipelines across trading, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies including headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, and digital platforms
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and HR professionals
• Ensure delivery against key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience
• Support employer branding initiatives within the commodities trading sector
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and international hiring standards
• Support cross-border hiring and mobility programs
