Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders

  2. Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets in the UAE real estate market

  3. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high productivity and performance

  4. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio

  5. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

  6. Provide market insights, trends, and strategic recommendations

  7. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

  8. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer experience

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in UAE real estate sales (with developers)

  2. Minimum 3 years of team handling/leadership experience (with developers)

  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  4. Strong network within the UAE real estate market

  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  6. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams

  7. Strong understanding of property market trends in the UAE

  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
