Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations, visual standards, stock handling & inventory accuracy
- Coordinate logistics, compliance & reporting to support retail operations
- Recruit, train & develop a high-performing, customer-focused retail team
- Drive sales targets & in store activations while ensuring customer care
- Lead retail strategy, KPIs & team performance with management
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Retail Management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, word)
- 3+ years of Experience in Retail
- Knowledge in Inventory Systems
- English is a MUST
